Returns and Refunds Policy

At Jaspa Herington, we want you to shop with confidence, however for hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund any bedding products unless there is a major problem within the product. We encourage you to select these items carefully before purchase.

Postage charges are not refundable unless the item/s are being returned under a warranty claim.

Warranty Claims

We will honour our obligations under the Australian consumer law and will provide you with an exchange or refund if an item has a major problem. If the item is found to be faulty, we will repair, replace or refund the cost of the item.

For warranty claims, proof of purchase is required and we reserve the right to assess the condition and age of any returned goods prior to offering an exchange, repair or refund.

In the first instance, please contact [email protected] or 03 9720 9090 with your concerns so we can discuss. If the claim is approved we will either provide a refund or send a replacement. Jaspa Herington will pay for the return freight if we request to see this product. Please do not return without Jaspa Herington’s consent.

When returning an item please include / ensure:
• Proof of purchase (receipt, tax invoice or packing slip)
• All original packaging and all labels
• The product is in its original condition and has not been washed or used
