Please be re-assured that the mark doesn’t impact the performance, feel or wear of the product and the mark washes out by hand washing the actual marked spot. And also, the quilt is covered by the quilt cover and so won’t be seen. Please also note that this mark is not deemed a fault in the product and is not returnable.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing or materials faults or defects. In the event of a fault or defect, each faulty product will need to be assessed on an individual basis. Our guarantee doesn’t cover general wear and tear and for a guarantee to be honored, care instructions must have been followed.
