How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Free Standard Delivery: We offer Free Standard delivery for all online purchases over $100 (over $150 for WA customers) and shipped within Australia.

Standard Delivery: For all orders under $100, standard shipping is a flat rate of $20.00 for all purchases shipped within Australia, except for WA. For WA, all orders under $150, standard shipping is a flat rate of $35.00 for all purchases shipped to WA.

Christmas Holiday Delivery Times

Please note that any orders from our website completed during December may not be delivered until after the Christmas Holiday period.

Where is My Order?

We aim to dispatch all online orders within 2 business days for orders received by 11am on the previous business day. However, in peak times such as Christmas, Boxing Day, end or mid-season sales, some orders may take a little longer to get to you due to high volumes.

Transport time is governed by the transport company, Allied Express.

Please note any failed delivery attempts made by Allied Express delivery service will be recharged to the purchaser at the invoiced amount to Jaspa Herington by Allied Express. Jaspa Herington is not obliged to provide a product or freight refund if delivery is not accepted or missed delivery notice not responded to within timeframe advised by Allied Express.

If you have received a card and your order is outside of the below delivery time frames or your tracking information states it has been delivered, however you have not received your parcel, please contact your local Post office or our customer service team on 13 15 21.

Currently Jaspa Herington only accepts orders from within Australia. For overseas customers, please contact Jaspa Herington regarding overseas ordering and shipping.
