Are your products hypoallergenic?

Products with the Sensitive Choice Badge have been tested and accepted by the National Asthma Councils Sensitive Choice Program, and are suitable for Asthma and allergy sufferers.

Where are your products made?

Our range includes both Australian Made products and items manufactured internationally.

How do I wash my pillow or quilt?

Please refer to care instructions on the product care label or in the product description on our website.

Do I need to use a protector?

Purchasing a new mattress and bedding is a big investment, so it pays to look after them. There’s no better way to protect your bed and your health than investing in mattress and pillow protection.

What's the best way to store bedding when not in use?

For best results, store your bedding in a clean and dry environment. Always ensure it is clean before putting it away to prolong the life of your bedding.

Guarantee & Returns

Do your products come with a guarantee?

The guarantee covers any manufacturing or materials faults or defects.  In the event of a fault or defect, each faulty product will need to be assessed on an individual basis. Our guarantee doesn’t cover general wear and tear and for a guarantee to be honored, care instructions must have been followed.

Can I return a pillow if I don't like how it feels?

At Jaspa Herington, we want you to shop with confidence, however for hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund any bedding products unless there is a major problem within the product. We encourage you to select these items carefully before purchase.

How do I lodge a warranty claim?

What pillow is best for my sleep position?

When buying a pillow, your usual sleep position is one of the most important considerations as this will ensure you select a pillow that provides adequate neck support. Whether your preference is natural or hypo-allergenic fillings, all of our pillows are designed to provide the ultimate comfort and support.

Back Sleeper – a low and medium support

Front Sleeper – a low and soft pillow is best

Side Sleeper – a high and soft or firm pillow will provide the most support

Do your pillows come in different sizes?

Our pillows are available in a variety of sizes including standard, European or king size.

How often should I replace my pillow?

Depending on the type of pillow you have, you should replace your pillow every two to four years to provide the best comfort and support possible. However, latex and memory foam pillows are more durable and can last up to 10 years, thanks to the resilient materials they're made from.

When your pillow stops providing you adequate support, becomes discoloured, feels flat or lumpy or you start to wake up with a headache or neck pain, it's time to replace your pillow.
